Greetings from Integrity. Beloved, we want to heartily say THANKS A MILLION for your love and commitment towards our vision and Ministry to our brethren here in Nigeria. Everyone here is excited and happy to see the water project that is on going in the Community. What a dream come true! The whole Community is preparing greatly for the official commissioning of the water project. Our brethren are really happy about this dream come true --special thanks to the Almighty, to you, the radio audience and all ThINKers all over the world! You all made this great dream come true. I have been listening to HEARTy Counsel as much as I can, and I sure appreciate the two of you, but even more so the truth that is freely given to those who have an ear to hear/listen. So many of the topics and things that Don talks about are the very same things that YHWH's Spirit has been whispering to me since my childhood. Sometimes I think Don must be my long lost twin or my brother from another mother (lol). We love you both! (NV)
It makes plenty of sense -- HIS WILL-- that's why we have confidence. We believe, therefore we speak his WORDS -- ALIVE AND LIVING. ...He indeed is preparing us for the trials that will come upon the whole earth. [My husband] wanted me to tell you that while you are sleeping, your brain goes through 4 cycles per second. While meditating your brain uses 8 cycles per second. While active 16 cycles per second. Thus, meditation lowers blood pressure. We learned this from a documentary on H.A.A.R.P. Great Sabbath - thank you. (AK)
What a wonderful teaching on the Feast of Tabernacles! A very big help! Don said that women with husbands that were not interested were in a difficult situation that could not be addressed in 2 minutes. Do you think he could address that situation sometimes when he has more time? I'm not one to call in or even chat much, but I do drink deeply of the truth of Jehovah. Thank you dear ones, (TX **)

...THESE YE OUGHT TO HAVE DONE...
"...Hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone." (Matthew 23)
Messiah taught there was adultery of substance and evidence and one of the mind and the heart. He taught there was a murder that kills the body and one that brings eternal death to the soul of those who hate. He explained that there is a Law of FAITH and a Law of STONE.
Jesus taught there was a difference in doing no murder by loving our enemies and doing no murder by keeping the Law. (Matthew 5) As a matter of fact, He taught it is possible to keep the Law written in stone and yet break the Law written in the heart through attitude, greed, lust or hatred.
Abraham paid tithes before it was a law to do so. The same God who told them to remember the Sabbath told him to tithe; and before the Father put His finger on the stone and wrote "Remember the Sabbath day," I believe the fathers of our faith kept the Law. I think of Abraham, Enoch, and Noah and the Sabbath they must have kept and can only imagine how important the day Jehovah Himself sanctified and set apart was to these men of the pre-Law epoch!
These faithful and obedient men kept a Law of Faith -- unlike the Pharisees who kept a Law of stone. It is not a blessed or happy life that seeks to obey the Stone Law; but, when we seek to keep the Law of Faith, it pleases YHVH.
The pure and holy Commandments of the Law of Faith that these men enjoyed, without the constraints of a Stone Law or the regulations of sinful men, was restored to us in the New Testament through faith in the living Messiah, Jesus Christ.
Our faithfulness and obedience is not in compliance to a Law or due to subjugation to a Commandment carved in stone. We have FREEDOM to know and do the pleasure of our Father - solely for the reason that it delights and pleases Him - just like our faithful father Abraham and the Son of YHVH while He was here as a man!
TITHING IS COMMANDED
"And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD." (Leviticus 27:32)
Scriptural evidence indicates that THREE TITHES were commanded. (We'll end with the Second Tithe since it has to do with the Feasts.)
FIRST TITHE: For the ministration of the Temple; 10% for the ministry of the Lord YHVH. THIS IS NOT A GIFT! It may be used for your own ministry, ministries in your neighborhood, expenses of ministry and/or missions.
"And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD. And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof. And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed. These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai." (Leviticus 27:30-34)
THIRD TITHE: Is to feed and provide sustenance to the Levite (men who have forsaken worldly possessions in deference to the ministry) and the fatherless and widow (the dispossessed); 3.33% to those in need around you (widows, orphans, etc.) and the Levite
"Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth." (Deuteronomy 12:19)
"And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee. At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates: And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest." (Deuteronomy 14:27-29)
TITHING - AN IMPORTANT PART OF EVERY FEAST
Tithing is primarily an agricultural concept and is often coupled with keeping the Feasts of the Lord.
SECOND TITHE:
Used to attend, supply and furnish the yearly Feasts of the Lord: 10% for your family's participation in the Feasts of the Lord YHVH and gifts to the Lord YHVH.
WHEN?
"Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year. Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread...And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours...And the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field. Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD." (Exodus 23:14-17)
WHERE?
"But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come: And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes..." (Deuteronomy 12:5-26)
WHAT?
"And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks: And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee." (Deuteronomy 12:6-7)
HOW?
"And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose: And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice... (Deuteronomy 14:24-26)
WHO?
"Thrice in the year shall all your men children appear before the Lord GOD, the God of Israel." (Exodus 34:2)
SOMETHING OLD AND NEW...
"Melchisedec... met Abraham ...and blessed him ...Abraham gave a tenth part of all; [Melchisedec who was] made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils...the sons of Levi...have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law...But he whose descent is not counted from [Levi] received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him ......here men that die receive tithes; but there HE receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth. (Hebrews 7)
And let's look at some red words: "... Render ...unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and ...unto God the things that are God's....And they marvelled at him.(Matthew 22:21 & Mark 12:17)
"Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple [or]...the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?" (Matthew 23:17-24)
"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel."(Luke 11:42) In recent weeks, many people have asked questions about keeping the Feasts. When Pam and I began to keep the Feasts, all we knew to do was what we read about in the Scriptures. This is the place to start (and should be the ONLY place!) Read Leviticus 23. Sacrificing (giving) is prevalent! However, since the resurrection, our Feast sacrifices have been offered by our High Priest and Messiah and they are offered within the true Temple (YHVH's people)! "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" (1 Corinthians 3:16)
"... for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." (2 Corinthians 6:16)
And the Kingdom to come was peculiar in that, "...I saw no temple therein..." (Revelation 21:22)
How can anyone doubt that Messiah has moved the outward to the inward? These days are to be kept, but no longer with the old stone Law.
"But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit..." (Romans 7:6)
We cannot put the new wine into old bottles. If we do we will lose both - and BOTH are to be preserved!
