In more than two decades of national and local church gatherings, benefit concerts, coffee shops, camps, and college campuses, Christopher Grundy has developed a combination of thoughtful folk and inclusive, singable Christian music. He has recently completed a sixth CD, Stepping In, and ten of his songs were published in the United Church of Christ's songbook.

The more we learn about human health, the more we learn that true wellness involves everything from the food we eat to the communities we belong to and the relationships we keep. This year's conference will focus on the connection between spiritual practice and health, paying special attention to the ways that congregations can support personal and community well being of body, mind, and spirit.
