Market Statistics are now available for April 2012. Monthly Indicator reports include data on new listings; pending sales; closed sales; days on market; median and average sales price; percent of original list price received; inventory supply, market and annual reviews.

This course offers licensees information about the tax consequences of owning, buying, and selling a home and includes opportunities to discuss deductions, capital gains taxation, moving expenses, vacation homes, and the impact of foreclosures and short sales on residential homeowners. Class will be held from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at ExtraOrindary Ventures, across from Whole Foods on Elliott Road.
