Playing in Traffic with Kumar
Late for a meeting? Stuck in traffic? Are you frustrated by lack of parking spaces? How do you like the 'Super Intersection' on 15-501?
Kumar Neppalli; Program Manager for Traffic Engineering in Chapel Hill is coming to talk to us about all of the issues we have with the ever-increasing traffic and its associated problems in Chapel Hill. He will address questions we have about traffic calming devices and pedestrian crosswalks. He will look at the three worst intersections/traffic areas in Chapel Hill and talk about possible solutions. Among some of the timely topics that relate to us will be parking ticket issues, and the 25 year traffic master plan for the area. - April 18th - Appraisal Questions: 10 Essential Answers, Taught by Mel Black
Come get your appraisal answers! Brokers are impacted daily by appraisal issues and have a wide range of legitimate questions. Detailed, researched answers will address common issues such as appraiser selection, the new rating systems and abbreviations used in appraisals, and appraiser independence.
