It's time again for the annual holiday party! December 9th from 5:30 to 8:00pm It will be held at Gayle Claris' house at 28 Whitley Drive in The Oaks again this year. No need to register, just plan to attend and have a great time. Heavy appetizers from Whole Foods and soft and adult beverages will be available for your enjoyment. Please note that the "bar" will have last call at 7:30. |

A tremendous "Thank You" to all of our fabulous members for making thge 2012 local dues collection such a success!
We promise not to bother you during the holidays, but we will start the State/National collection on January 16th, so watch for emails regarding that. |

- December 13th - Property Management Council
The meeting will be at Shula's Restaurant at The Sheraton Hotel from 12:00-2:00pm. William Brownlee will be discussing new tenant-landlord laws recently passed and others coming down the pipeline in NC Legislation. The Property Management Council meets the second Tuesday of each month. Participants pay for their own lunch. An RSVP is required for room planning purposes.
