Quick Recruiting Tip - 9.8.08
Hispanic Heritage Month (September) is the perfect time to reach out to and recruit the growing community of Hispanic Financial Advisors in the US. As the Hispanic population continues to increase, the need for financial advisors fluent in Spanish has now become increasingly important.
An excellent tool to help facilitate the recruiting process will be contacting and networking with local chapters of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting: http://www.alpfa.org.
In fact, local chapters place a high value on Networking Events, Receptions and Programs, as well as the promotion of career centers.
