Look for more Realtors to exit the real estate industry as the market becomes flooded with homes facing foreclosure. In April 2008, foreclosure filings were up 65% year over year. The ten states where Realtors will most likely continue to exit the industry are:
· Nevada
· Arizona
· California
· Florida
· Colorado
· Maryland
· Georgia
· Ohio
· Michigan
· Massachusetts
