Greetings!
Its a glorious day here in Brighton, and the daffodils are such a cheery yellow. What is going to flower for you this Spring?
So, without more ado, straight into news of exciting upcoming events:
- The early bird discount deadline is end of March for booking on the APRIL Song of the Heart weekend - 27th (fri eve)- 29th, here in sunny Hove.
- I am planning a 3 day Song of the Heart SUMMER RESIDENTIAL workshop (29th June afternoon - 2nd July lunchtime) in the PEAK DISTRICT at the lovely Roaches Cottages - they have a totally stunning view over the moors, and include a wonderful tea room. There are only 9 places (10 if there is a couple) and I already have some expressed interest, so if you want to join us, send a deposit as soon as possible. See belowfor details
- FIRST NATURE TRAINING - this unique and fabulous training in voicework - well, more than that really, a training that can give us a profound sense of connection with ourselves that offers us tools for the whole of life- will begin July 7th-8th. The early bird deadline in END OF APRIL, but please send deposits as soon as possible to guarantee your place and help build energy for this truly nourishing course.
- If you would like to find out more about FIRST NATURE, there are 'taster afternoons' running on Sunday April 15th, 2-5pm here in Hove, with myself and Jacqueline Bristow, and also Sunday April 29th, in Shoreham, run by Jacqueline and Udita.
- Don't forget the Family Constellation April 13-15th- Andre is organising this w/e with Claus - contact Andre for information/bookings.

CONTENT: Learn to open the heart, body and breath, and fill ourselves with resonance, drawing on Indian raga, songs from our own cultures and First Nature body and breath work. Safe, intimate, fun, profoundly nourishing. Resonance, improvisation, raga, body and breath work, singing from a compassionate context, opening our hearing - gentle and lasting approaches to releasing the voice from the deepest part of our being.
April w/e in Hove £120 EBD (March 30th), then £135.

RESIDENTIAL SUMMER SONG OF THE HEART - A Celebration of Song. Workshop with Suekali
DATES: Friday June 29th, 2pm - July 2nd 1pm.
COST: £285. Payable as follows: £85 to reserve your place LIMITED NUMBERS, so book very soon!. Then £100 payable by 16th April, then £100 payable by 18th June. Includes: accommodation, tuition, breakfast (toast and cereal), refreshments and evening meal. The award-winning roaches tea rooms has a wonderful menu for lunches and afternoon teas at extremely reasonable prices (click on their link to see the menus); mostly between £2 and £6.
