We are enjoying the fabulous sunsets and late summer sunshine as we move into Autumn. Are you? Do get out there in whatever nature is near to you, and just spend a few minutes being and breathing...Because the madness won't stop - the 'pending tray' will still be full when you die, and this very moment is 'as good as it gets' - and yes, I am writing this to remind myself also!

He flew straight from Kolkata and temperatures of 40C to teach in this tent - he borrowed the woollen hat as he was so cold!

We are well into our weekly Indian Raga classes with Rajeswar now, and my 'Sing for your Life' weekly group is also immensly enjoyable. I really honour all our students who make it through the labyrinth to turn up at the classes and book the workshops - it SO easy to just get swept along with many, many distractions and it takes a real effort to commit to what deeply nourishes us and opens our hearts. So, well done!

I know its a struggle, and we just cancelled our proposed workshop in IRELAND due to lack of bookings. So we are putting all our energy into the classes and workshops that are booking and running well. Do look at our Programme of Events to see updates and changes. Here are a few reminders:
