 We have adopted a "supplement light" program from Biotics called CONTROL-IT that has been tested throughout the US. It is very easy, very do-able, and allows for enjoyment in your meals and activities with long-term compliance.
Basics of the program:
1. Hypo-allergenic foods for 30 days followed by reintroduction phase.
2. 3 meals a day with 2 optional blood sugar stabilizing shakes. Approved snacks allowed anytime.
3. Adrenal support via PM meditation and AM supplementation.
4. Increase your fish oil to 2 tbsp/day. Approved fish oils, please.
