Greetings!
What a beautiful Indian Summer we are having! Be sure to walk the path while it's your last chance to go barefoot before the weather changes. As it gets colder, you may bring moccasins, or slippers with soft leather soles to get the reflexology benefits without the cold.

Activate your DNA for Health and Happiness
This Saturday! 9:30-5:00pm. Lunch break is from 12:30-2. $225. Register at front desk.
DNA
Activation inspires sleeping DNA codes and structures that hold the divine blueprint
of perfection within us to wake up. Medical science says we use only about 10%
of our brain's capacity. Activated DNA stimulates more brain cells and makes it
easier for your body to receive and work with the amount of light and strength
your soul brings. This allows more space in your body, more physical energy and
drive, and you feel mentally and emotionally uplifted. The power of the DNA, itself, is its ability to
convey the intent of the divine blueprint on the soul's human form. The power
of DNA Activation lies in our ability to convey this intent to our atoms and
molecules. The course gives you the skills to perform the Activations that lead
to a healthier, lighter and happier body and mind.

Lindy Ferrigno, LMT, ABT (NCCAOM), CI (AOBTA)
has practiced Shiatsu in the United States and Europe since 1975. She
studied with Japanese masters, including the late Shizuto Masunaga,
(founder of Zen Shiatsu) and Shinmei Kichi. She holds a Diplomate of
Asian Bodywork Therapy (NCCAOM). Lindy is nationally recognized for
her skills as a teacher of Shiatsu. In 1989, as Co-Chair of the
Education Committee of the AOBTA's Interim Committee, Lindy took a
pivotal role in the formation of the AOBTA. She wrote the educational
standards adopted by the organization for student clinic requirements,
and has served as a subject matter expert for three national
accrediting agencies. She has established Shiatsu programs at
acupuncture colleges, community colleges, and massage schools in five
states, including the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland,
Oregon. Lindy's teachings are published in the Shiatsu sections of A Massage Therapist's Guide to Pathology by Ruth Werner, Fifth Edition, and in Sand to Sky, Conversations with Teachers of Asian Medicine by Pamela Ellen Ferguson and Debra Duncan Persinger, Ph.D.
Lindy
also brings to bear a broad perspective in the therapeutic arts gained
from training in the indigenous medicines of the Celtic, Cherokee and
Shinto healing traditions, as well as understudying with osteopaths,
acupuncturists and chiropractors. Lindy practiced in New York, Munich,
Germany and Portland, OR before moving to Charlottesville, VA, where
