When I ask self employed people what their biggest challenge is more often that not I hear 'Focus'. Let's face it, most entrepreneurs or self employed individuals are in business for themselves because they do not want to conform to rules or be told what to do. Hence, often the challenge of FOCUS. Hey, I am in the same boat - my mind races with hundreds of ideas - the challenge is to JUST PICK ONE!  - and finish it. I am what's called a 'starter', love to start a project but get bored after a while if the spectre of DETAIL raises it's ugly head. That's where the 'finishers' come in, to bail out us 'starters'. Let's explore together some strategies for focus. Only two per week - that's enough FOCUS! ;-)
