August 20th on the Mayan sacred calendar is a 9.Monkey (B'atz) day.
Nine is strong, sensitive, spiritual and creative energy.
Monkey is the "weaver of time"; a playful, resourceful energy used to initiate and instigate.
We are perceiving this ceremony as an opportunity to clarify our intentions, stabilize our approach and refine our ability to manifest during these times.

Shuni "Tsunami" Giron is a powerful and respected Mayan Daykeeper (spiritual guide) "ordained" by Tata Pedro Cruz of Atitlan and blessed by Don Carlos Barrios and Tata Adriana Rojas.
The Popul Vuh puppet show she wrote, directs and produces will be performed at the Greenbelt Cultural Center in North Chicago, Sept. 17-18. It is an honor to host her and support this work.

Sending many blessings to you and yours on this day, 13 Iq' (Wind-life force), a good day to send communications of all kinds.
