                  THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING A FLU SHOT
      Every year at the beginning of winter we are bombarded with a media blitz of warnings about flu shots. We are strongly encouraged to run out to get this most vital shot. From hospitals to drug stores, it seems that everywhere you turn the flu shot is being promoted.    Did you ever stop to question what is actually in the flu shot and what are the dangers of receiving one? Maybe it is time to consider this. Each flu shot contains the following;        -mercury (up to 5 times the amount deemed "safe" by the CDC,(Center for Disease Control)        -formaldehyde (the stuff that smells bad and is used to preserve dead body parts)         -ethylene glycol (radiator fluid)         -aluminum     Flu shots do not prevent the flu:they only weaken your immune system, making you more susceptible to the flu. Before the flu shot nearly 30 years ago, 20,000 people died from the flu. Now, after millions of people are scared into rushing out to get their yearly flu shot, nearly 40,000 people die each year from the flu.                   THE DANGERS  OF  CORTISONE INJECTIONS 
 
     Cortisone injections are frequently used by medical doctors to numb out painful areas of the body. This might be in a knee or a shoulder. Especially common among athletes, these injections are commonplace in some medical professions.     Cortisone is a steroid. There are serious consequences, especially with repeated injections. Cortisone weakens connective tissue, one of the primary tissues of the body. Cortisone also weakens your immune system and these injections do not just go away. Cortisone binds to your tissues and remains with you for your entire life, continuing to eat away at your soft tissue. There are no safe cortisone injections.     Often passed out like candy, cortisone injections are far too easy to get and have a lifetime of deadly consequences.
