Being regulated by emotions women become easily distracted by circumstances: men, children, careers, sister friends, and family. We can become consumed with circumstances that develop into strongholds and excuses that we use as reasons why we can't carry out the Lord's plan for our lives:

I don't have enough money!
I don't know how to dress!
I've got to fix my marriage!
I'm trying to get my kids together!
I'm not educated enough!
I'm not an eloquent speaker!
I need to lose weight! I'm too short!

Stop procrastinating and running, sisters . . .
