• They are able to type at least 40 wpm;
• They have outstanding communication skills;

• They posses excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
• Most of them have Bilingual skills
• They have successfully passed credit, criminal, and business reference security checks;
• They are able to provide a work at home environment that is ergonomically sound, conducive to taking customer calls, silent and free from distraction
