Are You Competitive, Inspiring, Steady, or Cautious?
Last week, the D.I.S.C. Personality Assessment was presented. Due to an overwhelming response, the D.I.S.C. is not available at this time; however, below is an adapted* version of the survey for you to have a quick glimpse of your personality type. Please keep in mind that this is only a sample for demo purposes and the results are not concrete.
Instructions: Under the columns below (I, II, III, IV), rank the traits listed on each of the 6 lines by assigning "4" points to the word that is most like you; "3" points to the word that is like you; "2" points to the word that is somewhat like you; "1" point to the word that is least like you. Example: Rank "Competitive", "Inspiring", "Steady", and "Cautious" as either 4, 3, 2, or 1; then rank "Self-Certain", "Optimistic", "Deliberate", "Exacting" and so forth in the same pattern. Figure your totals for each vertical column and fill in the boxes marked "Total". The combined score of all four column totals should equal 60.
Circle the highest total and note which letter appears in the box with your highest (Either D, I, S, or C). That letter describes your personality type. For demo purposes only!!

I - Major Goals: People involvement & Recognition; Major Fears: Rejection & Loss of approval; Dislikes: Handling complex details; Under Pressure: Emotional & Disorganized; Decision Style: Emotional & "Gut feel".
The Introvert; The Thinker; The Pessimist
S - Major Goals: Security & Stability; Major Fears: Sudden change & Losing security; Dislikes: Hostility, Conflict & Unpredictability; Under Pressure: Conforming & Indecisive; Decision Style: Deliberate.
