the four dimensional D.I.S.C. personality survey.
According to Marston, this survey can help you gain
a better understanding of yourself, which in turn can
better you at work and at home.
D.I.S.C. refers to four behavioral tendencies:
Dominant, Influencing, Steady, and Conscientious.
Dominant: Assertive, direct, and strong-willed.
Function best in a challenging environment.
Influencing: Verbal, friendly, persuasive, and
optimistic. Function best in a favorable environment.
Steady: Patient, consistent, dependable, pleasant,
and easy-going. Function best in a supportive
environment.
Conscientious: Focused on doing things right,
detailed oriented, and can follow preset guidelines.
Function best in a structured environment.
