Nifty Nic Nacs Owners To Sing at Carnegie Hall!
Nifty Nic Nacs owners sing in Sarasota and at CARNEGIE HALL for cancer research benefits!

A week from today, Diversity: The Voices Of Sarasota, will be presenting its performance, "Diversity Sings For The Cure" at the Sarasota Opera House at 7:30pm.  This special event is a benefit for The American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.  The concert previews a performance that will be given in New York City's Carnegie Hall on June 6 as part of Sing For The Cure, a benefit for the Susan G. Komen fund for breast cancer research.

The William E. Schmidt Opera Theatre at the Sarasota Opera House is at 61 North Pineapple Avenue at First Street in downtown Sarasota.   Valet parking will be available.

Venice to host AACT International 2010
Venice Theatre to host international gathering!grease venice 
 
 AACT International 2010 is a grand gathering of community/amateur theatres from around the globe. Audiences will experience shows from 12 countries representing five continents. All works will be performed in the companies' native languages and styles.  As well, there will be a week-long exchange of ideas through workshops, seminars, and networking.  Participants can expect plenty of food, drink, after-glow parties, awards and recognition, and good theatre fellowship. All of this happens in paradise! 

Venice Theatre, on Florida's southern gulf coast, stands ready to be your host for the week of June 22-27, 2010.

Day passes and blocks of show tickets are now available! One ticket block is only $25 and is good for three shows. A day pass is $75 and gives you admittance into all workshops, shows and the after-glow party for that day.
