FEBRUARY 2010

It is February and love is in the air. Expressing love in ways that are selfless and unconditional can be challenging but as yogis this must be our mission. Are you able to love a stranger as you would a relative or close friend? Answering in the affirmative would suggest you have conquered the divide between romantic love and spiritual love. Spiritual love connects one to many. Romantic love ultimately divides us because we are forced to judge others in order to decide who is worthy of our love. Learning to love all people unconditionally fosters spiritual growth and in the end helps create unity between all beings.

Logo - The Haven YOGA In a continued effort towards greater awareness, I have decided to offer only natural, organic clothing in the boutique. It is an important step in living with a mindset of sustainability that is so part of living with the understanding of a universal connection.. I believe the choices I make as a business owner make a difference. Help me make a positive impact in the world we live in by supporting natural fiber clothing. I believe in my heart of hearts, each small step we take in living consciously will move us all towards a time when our actions will support conscious living on a moment by moment basis. In light of this decision all synthetic material clothing is on sale. When these items are gone I will no longer offer synthetic clothing. Find out more about natural fibers in the link below.
