Have you found the rhythm yet? The rhythm of life that allows you to include yoga in your practice on a regular basis? As I met with my teacher this weekend he spoke time and again during workshop about the importance of a regular six day a week practice. Yes, six days. In order to reap the many benefits of the practice, consistency is essential. The little voice in your head that tells you to sleep in late or go home and watch t.v. instead of yoga is an obstacle that will derail you from the beauty of the practice. As Pattabhi Jois gave up oranges to quell his mind of desire, so you too can quell the voices that speak and drive you away from tasting the sweet nectar of the practice.

 TOMS SHOES
 Update

So, this is how we are doing this. If you are interested in purchasing a pair of Toms fabulous shoes I will have a pre-order sheet available at the front desk for the styles available. The styles are: Womens - University Black Rope - Hunter Green Canvas & Vegan Tahoe Blue. Mens - Olive Stitchout. Please, work with me on this one as it would be very pricey for me to order many styles and many sizes to accommodate all who may be interested. Order will be placed as soon as I get 20 pre-paid. Thanks, for supporting a great cause.
