Happy New Year!

Every now and then I believe it is probably healthy to reflect on our past without Tamastic tendencies that could thwart our transformation but rather as a way of grateful recognition for where we are and where we are headed. So as I reflect this New Year's Eve, I am deeply grateful for your support in which we have seen our studio become a place of community and sharing. We have laughed together, and at times cried together. We have shared our fears and dreams. We have made a difference in our community in beach and park clean-ups and helped homeless people on cold nights have a warmer nights sleep. I believe that we are in each others life for a reason. In time the reason for each of us is revealed and when the time comes for our karma to unfold and lead us down different paths, know that my life has forever been changed and enhanced because of you.

As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives. Henry David Thoreau
