Is yoga a religion? Although Yoga has its roots in Hinduism, the beauty of yoga is the malleability of the system of unique tools which allows the practitioner to choose which tools work best for him to bring about transformation. In the end, whether it is a religion is also a question to be answered solely by the practitioner.

 Costa Rica

Due to a fabulous experience at Puravida, Costa Rica last year, we have decided to return in 2009. Spend the week of April 11-18th with friends from The Haven in an intensive yoga experience.
