Are you willing to become a beginner every time you
practice? Most of us would not be willing to do so but
without a mindset that is free from judgement and
expectations, our yoga practice becomes stale. See if
you are able when you practice to allow your body to
occupy space it has never seen. Allow your finger tips
to reach, your breath to flow and your mind to release
the conditioned aspects of your practice. You are not
your practice. Your practice is only a tool that may help
transform who you are now.
