Are you willing to become a beginner every time you practice? Most of us would not be willing to do so but without a mindset that is free from judgement and expectations, our yoga practice becomes stale. See if you are able when you practice to allow your body to occupy space it has never seen. Allow your finger tips to reach, your breath to flow and your mind to release the conditioned aspects of your practice. You are not your practice. Your practice is only a tool that may help transform who you are now.

 YOGAFIT
 October 20th & 21st

The studio will be closed on October 20th and 21st for teacher training. This is a level 1 teacher training. Any student interested in basic guidelines for teaching may want to attend.

 INTENSIVE YOGA
 1st and 4th Friday

You asked for it . . . Due to colder weather and shorter days, we will be replacing Beach yoga with an additional INTENSIVE YOGA. Beginning November 2nd, The Haven offers Intensive yoga the 1st and 4th Friday of the month. Intensive classes allow the student to practice in a challenging format which incorporates poses from 1st thru 6th series of Ashtanga as well as 15-20 minutes in Satsang. Teacher approval necessary.
