Consistency in your practice may be the most difficult
of the obstacles to surpass. Having practiced since
1985 I am aware how life can get in the way of your
yoga practice. Raising children, a hectic career and
illness, I have seen it all. There is always a way to
practice. Allow yourself to practice daily as a form of
compassion towards yourself. If you aren't able to
make it to class every day I can help you put together a
series of postures that will fit in with your life. I am
convinced, a regular yoga practice
will deepen the
awareness of the light within you.
SA TU DIRGHA KALA NAIRANTARYA SATKA
RASEVITO DRDHABHUMIH . . .
The practice must be attended to for a long time,
without break, with great earnestness and firm
grounding.
namaste, Susan
