As a host facility for teacher training, the studio will be closed July 7th & 8th. Please, be tolerant of my pursuit of increased awareness in yoga. I know the many experiences I have on this quest will greatly improve my ability to offer my best to you. In addition all classes on the 20th are cancelled. On a high note, we have added 5 new classes to the schedule including KIDS and HATHA. Please, view our website for details.

 Singing Bowl Concert
 Tuesday July 17th

Many of you enjoy the resonance of the singing bowl I use at the end of savasana. On July 17th 6:00 p.m. we will welcome Deep Pr Deoja as he plays in concert live for our class session. I am offering this special class session to you as gratitude to you, the many dedicated wonderful students of, The Haven. Enjoy.

 Maya Tulum
 May 3-10, 2008

July 15th is the last day to sign up for a discount on our retreat to Maya Tulum. I am very excited at my recent experience at teacher training and I look forward to sharing these transformational tools with those of you attending the retreat. I will hold a full day pain transformation workshop as well as ayurveda as an awareness and healing modality. There are 5 spots guaranteed available. Any other requests will be on an availability basis with the resort. All deposits and reservations are made with Susan.
