CLEAR IN YOUR ACTIONS AND YOUR HEART: What is the practice of yoga? Is it something you do a few times a week to get a good "workout"? Do you then hurry out of class and in to your car and yell obscenities at the guy in traffic? Maybe you go home and act other than tolerant towards your loved ones? Yoga should put us in a frame of mind that we savor and hold on to. The content of yoga burns twenty four hours a day. Is rushing out of class, savoring your practice?

 At the Beach

Join us for a modified (no down dogs or headstands) vinyasa class, Friday June 1st at 5:00 p.m.. Allow yourself to take in the sounds and smells of nature as your meditation in motion takes on new meaning while in union with nature. Dress in layers for meditation/pranayama. No matts. Plan to stay after class for a bonfire/satsang. Meet at the Law street beach park. We will walk down to the beach together.

We are actively planning our 2008 retreat to Maya Tulum, Mexico. Reserve your spot with a $300.00 deposit by July 15th and receive $100.00 off of the package price. Those of you who have already signed up will have your second installment due on July 15th ($300.00). Make your room selections early, as we already have ten participants. 20 participants max.
