CLEAR IN YOUR ACTIONS AND YOUR HEART:
What is the practice of yoga? Is it
something you do a few times a week to get a
good "workout"? Do you then hurry out of class and
in
to your
car and yell obscenities at the guy in traffic? Maybe
you
go home and act other than
tolerant towards your loved ones? Yoga should put us
in a frame of mind that we savor and hold on to. The
content of yoga burns twenty four hours a day. Is
rushing out of class, savoring your practice?
SAMADHI: The continuous, effortless state of bliss.
