 Going beyond

In order to go beyond where you are in the evolving cycle of change we come upon obstacles. Patanjali, mentions nine obstacles in his yoga sutra: Sickness, apathy, doubt, heedlessness, sloth, dissipation, false vision, nonattainment of the states and instability in the stages of yoga. Everyone, inevitably will encounter one or more of these in their practice but they are obstacles and hindrances only as long as they keep you from practicing. Even during times of ill health there are ways to keep your practice alive. Ask me for help during your times of need. I am here for you.
