Greetings!
Welcome to 2008! This is going to be an exciting year. A great way to begin it with positive energy is to stop what you are doing, RIGHT NOW, and make a Gratitude List of all that you are grateful for. Next, consider using a pictorial board to set goals. If you need help, join me in New Hope, PA on January 26 for a fun afternoon of treasure mapping and board building. Finally, plan ahead for the Chinese New Year on February 7 by making sure your annual 'corrections' are in place, and you are set for the year.
I am excited about this year, as the combination of Sacred Design and Bau-biologie™ is moving to the forefront. Many architects and designers have joined the 'Green Building' bandwagon, and now, many are seeing that we can go even further. Saving money and creating healthy indoor air while saving the planet are all good reasons to 'go green,' But, the missing link in green building design is incorporating Sacred Design to feed our spirit, along with Bau-biologie™, to create even healthier, natural and 'breathable' environments that support human health. Watch my upcoming events calendar to see how you can learn more.
With the new year, I am now regularly available for consultations and speaking engagements throughout the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys. I recently affiliated with Synergy Health & Healing Collaborative Center in Plumsteadville, outside of Doylestown, PA. Synergy is a fabulous center where many alternative wellness service practitioners can be found. Finally, for those of you who have been wondering how YOU can 'go green,' check out my four-part series beginning in February with "Green Living: From the Inside Out."
With blessings for a happy, healthy and abundant new year,

Sacred Design Tip of the Month: Make a Clean Start
One of the key factors in applying sacred design is to start with a clean slate. To create an environment that supports your vision, begin by removing anything negative. Commonly known as space clearing, this can be as simple as removing clutter, or as complex as performing a traditional ceremony. Once you remove excess clutter, use sound or natural aroma to infuse the area that needs clearing. Enjoy the sensory effect while you set intentions for your desired outcome, and clear the way to a positive future! |

Six Changes for the Chinese New Year
Traditional Chinese Feng Shui is based on the constant movement of the five basic elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. Each year, before the commencement of the Chinese New Year, people make changes in their environments to protect them from the unfavorable combinations of elements. These elements move each year to a new location, and it is recommended that you have these items in place before New Year's Day. |
Chinese New Year Gift Ideas
Chinese New Year begins on February 7 and lasts for 15 days. It's an auspicious time, and because the color red is considered lucky, it's incorporated in many ways. To celebrate this holiday, give family, friends and children a red envelope filled with money and sweets. Or use these ideas to start the year positively.
