Louisville ranks #70 on p*rn consumption list

Just a few years ago, Louisville, Ky., was ranked as the #1 U.S. city "most likely to search for obscene material." This infamous ranking happened when a reporter used Google Trends to research the frequency of various terms being search by internet users.

Men's Health decided to take another look at city populations and their p*rn consumption by not only including internet searches but also by tabulating the number of p*rn DVDs purchased, rented, or streamed; s*xually-oriented businesses per city; and the percentage of households who subscribe to a cable channel that shows soft-core p*rn.

Out of 100 U.S. cities, Louisville ranks #70. This is one list where ROCK is glad to see Louisville lose ground.

FCC asks 'what is a channel'?

The Federal Communications Commission is currently considering whether online video distributors should be treated like cable companies. The decision could have a far reaching impact on the way that online content is distributed as more consumers are being entertained on the go.
