Across America, families and communities have been grappling with an unfortunate issue that has become more prominent in recent years - children exposed to p*rnography at the library. From New York City to Seattle, some public libraries view filters as censorship and complaints from parents fall on deaf ears even though graphic p*rnography may be viewed openly where other patrons, including children, walk by computers.

Our friends at PornHarms have launched a new initiative, The Safe Schools, Safe Libraries Project. The project will help concerned citizens just like you identify schools and libraries in your community that need help and support from the community to make libraries the family friendly place of learning that we often think of them as being.
