Yoga Class Anyone?
We will be starting a special Yoga class at the end of the month and would like to know if you would be seriously interested. We have two people already ready to commit, but we need at least four more people to go full force with it. It will be a really unique class focusing on developing intuition and inner awareness of the body, mind and soul. The postures will be gentle in movement, beginner level with emphasis on the therapeutic effect and the inner connections that are stimulated by the postures. There will be two classes one on Tuesday evening 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday mornings 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Exercise
