Spot Removal Do's and Don'ts
Do's
· Scrape off as much excess as possible
· Blot before adding any cleaner
· Use water-based cleaners only
Always rinse with warm water
Use a hair dryer to dry spot
Don'ts
· Scrub spot with brush
· Use hot water
· Use vinegar as a cleaner
· Use high ph cleaners, ammonia or bleach ever!!!

Grandma's Goodies
 Spicey Shoepeg Chili
When my wife makes this, you better get home right away or you are not going to get any.
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion- chopped, 1 stalk celery- chopped, 1-1/2 Tbs chili powder, 1/2 Tbs cumin, 1 (14-1/2 oz or 16 oz) can Mexican tomatoes or tomatoes with chilies, un-drained and cut up, 1-8 oz can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, 2 cups frozen shoe peg white corn (from 16 oz package)- thawed and drained, 1 can whole black olives, drained, halved, 1-4 oz can chopped green chilies, drained, Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: 1st: Lightly brown onion and celery in oil until tender 2nd: Then add beef, season with salt and pepper, and brown completely, Drain. 3rd: Stir in chili powder, cumin, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and corn; Simmer until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. 4th: Add olives and chilies, and simmer again until heated through. (Season with more salt and pepper if desired.)
*Serve over rice and garnish with grated cheese and sour cream if desired.
Serves 4-6 people
