Ingredients: 1 pound of lean ground beef / 1 box of rice and Vermicelli Mix (Rice-a-Roni, beef flavored) / 1 Tbls of dried minced onions / 1 tsp garlic powder / 2 cups of water.

Directions: in a bowl mix ground beef, onion and garlic and rice together, excluding the seasoning packet. Make the meat balls and place in baking dish. Mix seasoning packret with water and pour over meatbnalls. Loosely cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 min. take off foil for last 5 minutes. Makes 15-20 balls. for Extra gravy (highly recommended) buy 1 extra packet of "brown gravy mix" serve with favorite veggies and mashed potatoes.
