My Dear Friends,
The greatest ties between people are no ties at all. Just a gentle allowing within and without. Harm no one. Do what thou wilt. Let yourself be. Let others be what they will be.

It begins in chaos because boundaries inevitably must be tested. Then, it moves to anxious introspect as you learn to see yourself in the refle

ctions of your "other." Finally, it graduates into a single, harmonized FLOW as self-examination turns to SELF KNOWLEDGE and projections of power and shadow expand into wild, ecstatic exploration of All, as SELF.

In days past, your gaze has been intensely fixed upon those levels of being which were most dense, most compacted, most unyielding to your touch. The physical self. An addiction to struggle. Other levels of Being - the higher, lighter, easier dimensions - were contacted only fleetingly, out of the corner of your eye.

Why not turn that around? Let your most intensive focus be INWARD, contemplating not just WHAT IS, but also WHAT COULD BE. Place your deepest investment THERE, navigating physical reality fleetingly, out of the corner of your eye.

It will be tricky at first as you measure how much (or how little) struggle a person truly needs in order to get by in this world. Look beyond that which screams for your attention. Let it go. Let go all vexation and despair. Move your attention to the little things that whisper and wink and play happily before you. Learn to appreciate the subtlety, the nuances of life.

Little by little, dreams become reality, even as reality becomes a dream. And you mix and mingle each level according to YOUR desire, YOUR sacred choosing. And it begins. The Age of Conscious Choice.

Ascension & Kundalini

Hello Friends,
What an amazing time it is on the planet right now. Ariel and I just returned from Atlantic City, NJ where we hosted a wonderful weekend engagement and met lots of beautiful new friends. I was excited to share some of the insights that were delivered during our gatherings there. I had this very wonderful email planned, but as I sit at my computer Spirit is guiding me in a different direction and asking that I share with you guys the information that they are giving me on the ascension process. So may I just send a warm welcome to our new NJ friends and then get out of the way and allow Spirit to share. Here it goes!

I can see the dimensions shifting and expanding as we go through the planetary ascension process. As the planet ascends we are stretching our vibrations to bridge what is left of us in the old 3-D world into these higher vibrations of the New Earth. We have to bridge these energies because parts of ourselves are still residing in the 3-D realm. While our physical bodies are changing with upgrades to our DNA and molecular structures, our emotional and mental bodies are also expanding through clearing and purging of old density patterns and programs. Sometimes this can feel like we are being stretched like a rubber band - and in essence we are! This is what the dimensions are doing and we are part of those dimensions, so we experience it, too.

Our chakras are microcosms and filters for the different dimensional energies. We normally navigate this internal spectrum through single-point perception and oscillate between different realms of consciousness by traveling throughout our own chakra system. Many of us Lightworkers love to reside in the higher chakras and higher realms of consciousness. We daydream and meditate and cultivate Zen states in our upper chakras, and that is beautiful, those are the frequencies of the New Earth. However, now more then ever it is important to stay in your body and ground to the earth. If we are not grounded in our bodies and strongly connected to the earth, we will not be able to stretch the distances as the dimensions shift. We will literally leave our bodies behind!

If you have not cleared your lower three chakras of the blockages and traumas of your life experiences, then your aura is weak and it has tears in it. When ascending it will be like trying to stretch a weak rubber band that has tears in it and it will break. Clearing those lower chakras is a vital part of the ascension process. Sure, you can raise your perception point through your internal grid and reside in La La Levitation Land but that is not ascension. Ascension is becoming whole and complete and clear in all of your chakras so that you are no longer in single-point perception, but rather in complete wholeness within the body. Like Jesus and the Buddha, when ascending into Mastery you are no longer a single participant in the spectrum, you are at oneness with the spectrum; you are the spectrum. Single-point perception then dissolves.

So we each have a choice to make. Do you want to ascend with or without your body? Ascension is going to happen regardless. If your body is important to you, get grounded and focus on creating a strong anchor for your essence to build a bridge upon. Imagine how much fun it will be to ascend with our bodies and be fully aware in states of wholeness and mastery with a physical vehicle to create with! The payoff for doing the work is phenomenal. A quick high now cannot compare to the ecstasy of total integration.

Nature and Creation are always here to assist, and the one energy that is here full force to help us with this process is the KUNDALINI energy. It is the sacred energy that comes from deep within the earth. It is serpent-like in nature and the way it travels is like a DNA spiral. The Kundalini energy is also connected to your sexuality. The Kundalini Earth energy (feminine) grounds us so that we can be more receptive to heavenly (masculine) energies. The more grounded we are, the more our cylinder of light expands so we can channel more of both energies through us, taking us into integrated higher consciousness. Imagine a tree with its roots cut off - eventually the branches will wither and the leaves can no longer bring in sunlight. If you want to bring in more Light, then increase the amount of grounding that you are doing. If you want to raise your vibration, SLOW IT DOWN. Take deep breaths and GROUND. Go deep within the earth and pull this energy up through your root and let it fill your body. The deeper you go, the higher you can go!

So with all of this shifting and stirring between the dimensions we are most likely feeling restless within our bodies and old programs are coming to the surface for release. Many of these may have to do with sexual energy and wounded belief systems that we are still carrying. A key here is to allow yourself to love yourself and your sexual nature completely without judgment or guilt. Lately I have been surrounded by people who are struggling to embrace their androgyny. As we ascend we become less identified with either masculine or feminine energies within our field. This does not mean we are all going to be bi- sexual :o) - it just means that we are coming into balance and healing the wounded masculine and the wounded feminine with ourselves. When we are in wholeness, we embrace both parts in balance. If this stirs sexually suppressed emotions it is a gift to use the Kundalini purity to help you purge those chakras of these blockages. Kundalini can be used for more then just sexual woundedness; it is nurturing and healing for all blockages. So invite this vibration to work with your chakras and help you stay connected to your body and the earth. Love yourself and all of the beautiful, amazing powers that your body naturally cultivates. May we honor all aspects of creation and create this beautiful rainbow bridge from here into the new world, one chakra at a time, until we are all in wholeness, unity and multi-hued illumination!
