The series-i and series-ix photodetectors


First Sensor expands its product portfolio with large area InGaAs based PIN photodetectors. The series-i and series-ix detectors are suitable for infrared wavelengths up to 1700 nm. They feature active areas between 0.7 mm˛ and 7 mm˛, low dark currents, high sensitivity up to 1700 nm wavelength and are available in a visible-band enhanced version, too. Packages include hermetic TO cans as well as SMD type solutions.

Honeywell TruStability pressure sensors suitable for liquid media


Until now, Honeywell's TruStability® Pressure Sensors have been intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. The new single side Liquid Media Option allows the end customer to use one port of the sensor with condensing humidity or non-corrosive liquid media (i.e. de-ionized water), eliminating the complexity or added expense of having to protect the sensor from this type of media.

Microchip expands stand-alone RTCC device family 

 

The MCP795WXX/BXX RTCC devices have a 10 MHz SPI, non-volatile memory and an effective combination of features at a price lower than most competitors' devices, including those with fewer features.  The new devices reduce component counts and costs for applications which include smart-energy products, home appliances, as well as communications products.

Low phase jitter LVPECL/LVDS oscillators

The ACT9212LJ/9213LJ LVPECL & LVDS oscillators are a series of miniature low profile devices allowing for frequencies from 38 to 640 MHz to be available in a 7X5 & 5x3.2 surface mount seam sealed packages. The low jitter circuit offers a low cost solution with low integrated phase jitter (0.5ps). These devices are suitable for a wide range of applications where low phase jitter is a requirement. They are suitable for design into many applications including Telecoms, RF, Wireless, Broadcast & Satcoms etc.
