VI Brick MIL-COTS filter

The Brick Business Unit of Vicor Corporation has announced the introduction of the MIL-COTS VI BRICK Filter, available as a stand-alone filter or integrated with the PRMTM Regulator Module. The MIL-COTS VI BRICK Filter is specifically designed to provide a controlled Factorised Bus distribution voltage for powering downstream VI BRICK VTMTM current multipliers that are fast, efficient, isolated, low-noise point-of-load (POL) converters.

PI3101 Cool-PowerTM 60W DC-DC convertor

The new Cool-PowerTM PI3101 is a very high density, surface mount, isolated DC-DC converter. Extremely small at just 3.6cm2/0.57in2 and very low profile (6.7mm/0.265"), it enables space savings of over 50% versus conventional solutions, reducing your overall system cost.

Vicor Adds 28V wide-input Mini family 

Vicor announces the addition of a new 28V wide input Mini family of DC-DC Converters. With a wide input range of 9 to 36V, the modules are appropriate for MIL-COTS and industrial applications operating from 12V or 24V inputs, which are typical for battery systems in vehicles. Fully encapsulated, Vicor Mini modules utilise a proprietary spin-fill process to assure complete, void-free encapsulation making them suitable for the harshest environments.
