Samples now available for ITW 49-59 series
The 49-59 series push-button switches are panel sealed and fit a 16mm cut out. They all provide momentary action, and are based on our proven series 16 or 26 basic switches. Connections are made via the solder terminals at the rear of the switch. The series is available with a choice of round or square bezels. The body and button are made from PBT, hardwearing thermoplastic polyester that is suitable for surface or sub limitation printing or engraving.

ACAL extend range of ITW Switches available as samples
Adding to the range of switches already available ACAL are now offering limited free samples of the ITW 57 series of Vandal resistant push-button switches. The Series 57 is a range of miniature, momentary action, rugged panel sealed pushbutton switches with a round button and bezel. The Series 57 is available with or without LED status illumination.

Now available from ACAL - ITW 76 - 95 series
The rugged 76-95 series push-button switches are designed to withstand impacts of significant force. This makes them perfect for applications where vandal resistance is a necessity. The main switch body and button are created using rugged stainless steel with front mount styling. The bezel protrudes a maximum of 2.5mm from the front panel, which makes it difficult for vandals to try to pry the switch from its mounting.

ITW 59 series - samples now available
A range of low cost miniature, momentary action push-button switches, specifically designed for harsh enviroments. Small and robust, the products are available in either non-spark zinc alloy, or a hard wearing PBT, and are suitable for most applications. Available with or without status illumination, the ITW 59 Series is panel sealed to IP67, and is designed to be impact resistant. The range offers a choice of seven button colours with solder, PCB or Pre wired terminals.

ACAL extend range of custom solutions for Switches
ACAL have extended their offering of value add switch solutions to include custom shaped levers. Levers can now be preformed into customer specific designs to reduce final assembly build times. In addition to offering a potting service to seal switches from the back, ACAL can also supply switches pre terminated with customer specified cable assemblies.
