    Annual Winterfest Celebration Coming Up December 3rd

    In the spirit of the season, a traditional neighborhood celebration is here to light up your holidays. Mark your calendars! The communities of Pleasant Ridge and Kennedy Heights will be hosting the seventh annual Winterfest on Friday, December 3 from 6 to 11 p.m.

    Winterfest is packed with free and exciting activities for the entire family at several locations. Families will enjoy games, crafts and visits with Santa at the Pleasant Ridge Community Center from 6 to 8 pm. At 7:30 pm, get your feet moving in an International Dance-Along at aim: cincinnati (formerly ballet tech). Then, head over to the Kennedy Heights Arts Center for art, live music and refreshments from 8 to 11 pm.

    Community Council Meets Tuesday Night

    The Kennedy Heights Community Council will have its November meeting Tuesday November 16th beginning at 7:30pm

    As always there will be lots of good information about our community and a great chance to meet your neighbors.

    The meeting will take place at the Kennedy Heights Presbyterian Church on Kennedy Ave. and will be proceeded by the regular meeting of the executive board.

    arts innovation movement: aim cincinnati completed its name change on September 1, 2010 and has a whole new look and new website!

    Jazz for Lease November 20th 7PM
    Jazz for Lease "Fun" Raiser returns to aim cincinnati featuring some of the Region's hottest names in jazz. Bruce Menefield, Lavieena Campbell, Eugene Goss, Hank Stephens, Ricardo Wilkins and the ever popular aim Jazz Jam House Band featuring Willie Smart, Eddie Brookshire, Ryan Wells and N. Michael Goecke will appear.

    ArtVenture - Art Classes for All Ages at Kennedy Heights Arts Center

    Enrollment opens Monday, November 15, 2010 for Winter/Spring classes at Kennedy Heights Arts Center! Innovative art classes offered for children from Pre-school through High school from January 10 until April 30, 2011. Classes meet once a week, led by experienced teaching artists. Flexible enrollment - sign up for one month or the whole term (four months). Classes promote guided-discovery, a process which fosters individual creativity, through a variety of media from sculpture to painting to drawing and more. Teen programs offer focused instruction in two areas: drawing/painting and photography.

    KHPC hosts Community Thanksgiving Service

    Please join us for the Community Thanksgiving Service

    THURSDAY, November 18 at 7 p.m.

    An offering will be taken to benefit The Caring Place. Dessert and coffee will be served after the service
