    Neighborhood Notes

    Report Vacant Properties
Vacant and blighted buildings are a public nuisance in all senses. The victims are not only the neighbors but the entire community. Have you noticed empty buildings that should be added to the City's "nuisance" list? Call Community Council (531-4041) and record the address when you hear the beep. KHCC will pass your message on to the Housing Inspector.
