Greetings! In these dog days of Winter, take solace in the fact that Opening Day is right around the corner!
This month's meeting will feature President
of the Board of Education, Eve Bolton and
Tim Krause, the President of the Cin.
Federation of Teachers speaking with our
residents about the upcoming school levy.
This is a golden opportunity for folks to
engage them with questions about the levy.
In celebration of Black History Month, the
Kennedy Heights
Arts Center will be hosting a free production
of Cincinnati
Opera's "This Little Light of Mine: Two
Legends, One Dream"
on Wednesday, February 20th at 7:00
pm.
The son of a long-time resident has died. Jared Hess, died two days before his 30th birthday, of complications from acute myelogenous leukemia. He is the son of Christine Schumacher and Hal Hess. Jared died in Philadelphia, and is survived by his wife Anne, son Noah (four months old), and Caleb (two years old). A memorial service was held at KH Presbyterian Church.
