THE FLEXIBILITY AND POWER WOW - IT's AMAZING!

No I'm not talking about this very impressive, handy-dandy Swiss Army knife.

And I'm not talking about my BFF Cathe, though she is really fit.

The  flexibility and power  I'm talking about can be found when our clients use our feedback and performance measurement technology, 20/20 Insight.

I want to make sure our current client users and prospective users are aware of the many ways it can be used,  here' are 16 uses:

1) Measure participant skill level, prior to class, use to benchmark.

2) Measure participant skill level, after class, compare to benchmark. Use to build accountability and momentum.

3) Level III evaluations.

4) Annual Internal Client Satisfaction Surveys (Ex. find out how well the HR, IT or  Accounting departments are serving internal clients.)

5) External Client Satisfaction surveys.

6) Candidate Interviews: Collect interview feedback from interview raters quickly.

7) Project Team Surveys.

8) Team Effectiveness and Team Development Surveys.

9) Post Organizational Support Surveys  (Get training participants to provide feedback on how well the organization is supporting or hindering development efforts)

10) Succession Planning.

11) 360 Feedback (Be sure to take advantage of our Self Development Tool Kit, Online Performance Analysis tool, facilitation tools, development  resource library, advanced reporting tools  for analysis and numerous online templates for sales, sales management, leadership, trainers, administrators and consultants.)
12) Exit interviews.
13) Vendor Satisfaction Surveys (Measure and manage vendor scorecard areas such as: satisfaction, quality, service and reliability.)

14) Organizational and climate surveys.

15) Gather Company picnic or Christmas party preferences.

16) Measure satisfaction with benefits programs and services.

If you have additional uses, send them my way and I'll report it here.

If you need help with a survey or you'd like to know more about this tool, give me a shout.

Suzie Notes: The Secret...

"Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts."

Soren Kierkegaard

"Are you visiting with your imaginary friends again?"  Jeff playfully asks as a commercial plays in the background on a Monday night. My husband and and I are in front of the TV. He's watching Kudlow & Company on CNBC, while I'm on my laptop reading my new 'friend's' blog.

I've been jokingly calling Cathe (the fitness guru at www.cathe.com)  my new imaginary best friend for forever (BFF) because I've spent many mornings with her  and her workout team (my other imaginary, BFF's ) as they take me through-the-paces in their  tough, heart-pounding, very gratifying-when-I'm-done workouts. (Read on - click here.)

Am I?
My colleague and friend Mark Hornbuckle at HB Training sent this over.   It ties to our cover story about The Secret.. Thank you Mark!

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest helper or heaviest burden.
I will push you onward, or drag you to failure.
I am at your command.

I am easily managed, you merely must be firm with me, show me exactly how you want something done and after a few lessons, I will do it automatically, quickly and correct.
I am the servant of all the great people.

I am not a machine, but I will work with all the precision of a perfect machine, plus the intelligence of a person.
You may run me for profit, or you may run me for ruin - no difference to me.

Take me, train me, be firm with me and I will "lay the world at your feet"  be easy with me and I will "destroy you"

Who am I?  I am called Habit.

Just for Fun

Check out this video about biscuits, pork chops and heroes.  A funny AND meaningful story as told by comedian Andy Dooley at a Toastmaster meeting.  I think you'll laugh out loud and really appreciate the meaningful point.  Enjoy.
