Report Highlights the Needs of Pregnant and Parenting Foster Youth
Because pregnancy and childbearing remain significant problems among foster youth, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services asked Chapin Hall to examine the experiences and needs of pregnant and parenting youth in their care.
