Satsang - Saturdays, 7:30 - 9:00 PM A formal community program of chanting, meditation, contemplation of Siddha Yoga culture and philosophy. To assist those who wish to deepen their meditation practice, the first Saturday of the month offers a program focused on chanting the mantra together to support and explore the Siddha Yoga practices. A light evening meal is available after this program.

Chanting and Meditation - Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00 PM
During this program we focus on two main practices of Siddha Yoga -- chanting and meditation. The sweetness of chanting stills the mind, releases weariness and opens the heart.
Guru Gita - Sunday Mornings, 8:30-10AM
The Guru Gita is an ancient hymn that describes the beautiful Guru/disciple relationship and celebrates the Guru Principle. In Siddha Yoga Ashrams around the world, this prayer is chanted each morning. Following the chant, a light breakfast is available.
