Leader Update
Lafayette Girl Scouts!

Spring is that time where we say thank you to loyal volunteers and begin to look for new people to help... If you are interested in serving on the LCT, we would love to hear from you. We are actively seeking volunteers for the following areas:
  • Products (Fall and Cookie)
  • School Organizers
  • Announcement Editor
  • Fundraising Chair
Volunteering at the LCT level is a great way to shape the direction of Girl Scouts in Lafayette and demostrate the importance of scouting to your daughter!

Contact either of us to learn more!

It is time to start thinking about Camp!
At the January Leader Meeting we enjoyed several speakers on the various camps around the Bay Area.  Our girls are so lucky to have these resources available.  The stories from some of our own Leaders were quite inspiring.

If you are considering camp this summer, be sure to complete your Camp registration forms and get them in the mail!  If you did not receive or have misplaced your forms, you can go to CampRocks for more forms.

Older Girl Program: Anne Mitchell 284-2784

Leadership Opportunities:
May - Middle School Ice Cream Social recruiting event. Girls needed to plan a one-hour event for 5th-8th graders.  This has become a Lafayette tradition! 4-6 girls can plan this event; an event binder exists with all the details.
