Join the Library as we kick off a year-long celebration of the combined works of LOIS LOWRY, two-time Newbery Medalist and nationally best-selling author.
The ProvoREADS! Launch Party will feature giveaways, refreshments, and a special presentation by the Giver himself!
ProvoREADS! is a joint initiative involving the Provo City School District and the Provo City Library. The program is designed to promote literacy, to broaden and deepen an appreciation of reading, and to foster a sense of community by bringing people together to read a common book.
*Please note that tickets for the event with Ms. Lowry will be available on Saturday, September 29, 2012.

JOIN US as we welcome New York Times best-selling authors BRANDON MULL and LISA McMANN to celebrate an evening of enchanted children's literature! Brandon and Lisa will both speak about their works, answer patrons' questions, and sign copies of their novels at the conclusion of the program.
Free event tickets will be available to all interested patrons starting on Saturday, September 15 at the Children's Services Desk.
Books will be available for purchase on-site at the event courtesy of Barnes & Noble in Orem. |
