Holiday, Vacation and Special Savings
Tri-Town Teachers Credit Union offers several savings accounts that help members save toward a specific goal or need. While any savings account could accomplish the same objective, these savings accounts make it easy for you to use regular payroll deductions to deposit a predetermined amount into an account intended for a specific purpose.
Progress towards your savings objective is reflected on your monthly statements so you always know how you stand relative to your goal. Additionally you can see your progress 24/7 by checking your online account anytime.
Depending on the type of account selected, payments are on a specific date or at your discretion.
Holiday Accounts
An easy way to save for the Holidays. Put as much as you like into this account each payday and avoid those credit card bills. There are no preset amounts or coupons to use, you set the amount based on how much you want to save. Earns the same dividend rate as the Regular Share Account. Holiday Club checks are mailed to you each November 1st.
Vacation Accounts
If you are a Teacher, this is a special way to save for the summer months with no paycheck. If you are not a Teacher, then save for that summer vacation. You set the amount for deposit from each paycheck, and earn the same dividend as the Regular Share Account. Coordinate these funds with six-month Share Certificates and earn an even greater return. Each June you will receive a notice with several disbursement options. Disbursement takes place on July 1st. Special Savings Account
This is a new special savings account we can designate for any reason, such as son's "college fund", or "new boat". It acts the same as one of the other savings accounts but the money stays in the account and contributions continue until the member needs it.
