Greetings from Myrtle Beach,


Fall weather has arrived. Clear skies, warm days, cool nights. I'll repeat what I said in the last newsletter, if you've never been here this time of year, you don't know what you're missing. I've added a list of more festivals and special events that I somehow overlooked in last month's article about fall happenings.


I've mentioned in several newsletters that financing options have been improving for resort properties, especially condos. Check out the article below describing new and improved financing programs that are making these more affordable than ever.


There have been a number of outstanding new developments built along the Grand Strand in recent years. This month I am featuring Dunes Village Resort, home to the largest indoor water park in our area and one of the strongest vacation rental properties on the Grand Strand.


Finally, there's a good possibility that one of the last large groups of bank owned condos in our area will be coming on the market soon. In a great development too! More details below.

New Bank Owned Condos Coming?

There is a good possibility there will be a large group of bank owned condos coming on the market soon - possibly very soon.  These are in a new well-located, upscale building.  No info yet on pricing, terms, etc. but in these situations the sellers typically try to make their properties as attractive as possible to prospective buyers.  Please contact me directly if you are interested in this potential opportunity.
