Greetings from Myrtle Beach!

I apologize for this delayed and abbreviated version of my May newsletter. Between clients in town looking at properties and a dozen or so closings over the last couple of weeks, I ran out of time to write my usual newsletter. I will send a list of best buys and a foreclosure update separately sometime in the next week or so and get back to my normal schedule next month.
