This (Holiday) newsletter is considerably shorter than my typical monthly update.  I've included my usual reports as well as info on upcoming foreclosure opportunities but I am taking a vacation from writing articles or offering my analyses and opinions on the various market reports.


If you're going to be in town over the holidays, please contact me if you would like to get together.  I will be out of the office from Christmas Eve until Wednesday, December 28th, but I will be checking phone messages and emails.  Keep in mind that many of the best deals of the year can often be found during this time period.
